Satori

by Renton de Alwis

Dance in darkness
sing in the rain
seek a moonless night
when soft winds breathe
twinkling stars
just let them be
crocking frogs
a symphony make
whispers whistle
add tonal gain
falling leaves
touch feeling seen
close thy eyes
see thy world
red lotus pods
make sneaky smile
a tat bat wing
made squeaky sound
to bring from you
a ‘Satori’ truth
let raindrops fall
soak body and soul
dwell to dive
with dreamy eyes.
