Could sing a song
dance in joy
cuddle in a corner
no disdain

Could close my eyes
be deaf and dumb
pretend all's well
no disdain

Could sing of love
ink wily verse
live one big lie
no disdain

To sing, to dance in joy
to see, to hear, to love,
to live,
let live,
cuddle in a corner
must fight, these battles
in a war... still to end
